Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will organize, manage, and oversee complex projects to ensure that the work is completed on schedule within budget.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts with external vendors
- Coordinate and review contracts with the Estimating department during bid process
- Process and review T&M tickets and create PCOs
- Disseminate and maintain documents to include submittals, as-builts, RFI’s, RFP’s and plan modifications.
- Review and understand insurance requirements.
- Review and approve invoices to assure vendors get paid in a timely manner
- Submit monthly pay applications for all active jobs in a timely manner
- Maintain daily logs and records of the activities/duties being performed in the field
- Coordinate with all Superintendents to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Point of Contact for the GC and field operations
- Negotiate changes with GCs (if needed)
- Coordinate and attend project meetings.
- Maintain all job progress, changes, billings and payments
- Order Materials for the job

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related degree, which may include Computer Science,
Business, Accounting or Engineering. - At least three years of related experience required.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
